Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

At INDIANBULKMART.COM, we aim to deliver quality products in bulk at the best prices. We understand that in rare cases, returns or refunds may be necessary due to product issues. This policy outlines when and how returns or refunds can be requested.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Defective items or expired products (for consumables)

  • Missing items in your shipment

? Note: Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, over-ordering, or change of mind after dispatch, as we deal in wholesale/bulk quantities.


2. Return Request Window

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.


3. How to Raise a Return Request

Please email us at support@indianbulkmart.com or call us at +91-9794795687 with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos/videos of damaged/defective products

  • Unboxing video (if applicable)

Our customer service team will verify the claim and respond within 24–48 business hours.


4. Return Approval and Pickup

  • If the return is approved, our logistics partner will arrange for pickup from your registered delivery address.

  • Please ensure the items are unused, in original condition and packaging, and securely packed for return.

  • Pickup attempts will be made up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the return will be cancelled.


5. Refund or Replacement Process

Once the returned items are received and inspected:

  • You will receive a replacement shipment, OR

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method or wallet account within 7–10 business days

Refunds are subject to:

  • Successful verification of damage/defect/missing item

  • Approval by our quality control team


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or special orders

  • Perishable items (unless damaged/expired)

  • Products bought during clearance sale

  • Items without original packaging or invoice


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

To request a cancellation before dispatch, email or call us immediately with your order ID.


8. Important Notes

  • Please do not accept deliveries if the package appears tampered or damaged. Report it to the delivery agent and notify us immediately.

  • For high-value or fragile items, we recommend taking an unboxing video as proof for any future claims.
